Oliver's First Piano Recital

Sunday, April 10, 2011

Oliver has been teaching himself how to play the piano for the last several months, so I thought I would showcase his blossoming talent by having him play in a recital that we organized in our home. We went all out with a suit and tie, chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling cider, fresh flowers and programs to pass out to everyone. It was so cute to see him smile after every single song when everyone clapped. So fun!! I was so impressed that he knew most of the songs by heart! He's definitely got an ear for the piano!

Oh my gosh, Stacy - these are PRECIOUS!! Loved the video of Ollie playing and his beautiful smile and bow afterward. And panning the family there - priceless. And Jaren singing at the end, so sweet - and LOVED his bow at the end. It was very 'Michael Jackson' - just needed a hat and gloves. AWESOME!!!
